These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our Floating Greens products and services. By purchasing, installing, or using our products, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with a purchase or installation.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed through our official sales channels.
Payment must be made in full before production begins.
Orders are custom-built to your specifications and are non-refundable once production has started.

3. Production and Delivery

Floating Greens are built to order and take 1-2 weeks for production, subject to parts availability.
We provide direct delivery and professional setup at your specified location.
Customers will receive tracking information and estimated delivery times.

4. Installation and Use

Installation will be conducted by our professional team unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the designated waterbody meets installation requirements.
Floating Greens must be anchored securely to ensure stability.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

Our products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, improper installation, or extreme weather conditions.
Customers must follow the recommended maintenance guidelines to preserve product longevity.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or installation of our Floating Greens.
Customers assume responsibility for proper use and adherence to safety precautions.

7. Returns and Refunds

As all orders are custom-made, returns are not accepted once production has begun.
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any defects within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and materials related to Floating Greens are our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Customers will be notified of any major changes via email or our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
